How to Apply for the Burlington Basement Flooding Prevention Subsidy

- Apply for a permit from the local municipality, if required. You may have to obtain documentation and arrange an inspection to ensure that the repairs meets Ontario Building Code standards.
- Complete and submit your application form, waiver and all the required document as per the Burlington Basement Flooding Prevention Subsidy application form to the return address.
